Information Sessions for ‘Impulsem el que fas’ 2026 Aid Program in Barcelona
Barcelona Activa is preparing to launch the 10th edition of its ‘Impulsem el que fas’ aid program, designed to foster local projects with a significant social and economic impact across the city. To help potential applicants understand the new features and address any questions, a series of virtual information sessions will be held throughout May and June 2026.
The current call for applications is expected to be published at the end of May 2026. Interested individuals and organizations are encouraged to attend these sessions to gain valuable insights into the application process and the various modalities available.
What is ‘Impulsem el que fas’?
‘Impulsem el que fas’ (We Boost What You Do) is a Barcelona Activa initiative that provides financial support to projects aligned with strategic economic and social challenges in Barcelona. This 10th edition features eight distinct modalities, each targeting specific areas of development and innovation within the city.
Program Modalities:
The 2026 edition of ‘Impulsem el que fas’ includes the following modalities:
- New Economic Activity in Vacant Ground Floor Premises:
- Modality 1A1 and 1A2: Focus on establishing new businesses in empty ground-floor commercial spaces.
- Modality 1A3: Supports new economic activities within market stalls.
- Economic Activity in Municipal Ground Floor Premises:
- Support for the Competitiveness of Existing Local Businesses and Services in EGA Spaces:
- Social Economy and Other Impact-Driven Economic Initiatives:
- Promotion of Quality Employment in the Territory:
- Social and Technological Innovation in the Care Economy Sector:
- Sustainable Food and Responsible Consumption:
- Women Lead: Entrepreneurs, Professionals, and Managers:
Please note that each applicant can only apply for one modality.
