The Madrid City Council has announced a significant investment of 1,053,500 euros for the comprehensive renovation of a residential building located at 335 Garganchón Street in the Barajas district. EMVS Madrid to Oversee Project Management and Execution
The intervention will proceed following the signing of an agreement between the Department of Housing Policies and the Municipal Housing and Land Company (EMVS Madrid). Under this agreement, EMVS Madrid will assume full responsibility for the project’s promotion and supervision, including the execution of urbanization works and the management of aid for the final beneficiaries.

The total cost of the project is estimated at 2,623,480 euros. This investment is integrated into the State Plan for Access to Housing 2022-2025, a collaborative effort involving the Madrid City Council, the Community of Madrid, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda.
The funding breakdown is as follows:
- The Madrid City Council will contribute over one million euros.
- The Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda will provide approximately 1.3 million euros.
- The developer will cover more than 276,000 euros.
