Madrid, January 16 – A young woman was the victim of a brutal kidnapping and assault in Madrid after being accused, allegedly falsely, of having had sexual relations with the husband of one of her assailants. The events occurred on January 8th and are currently under investigation by the National Police, who have already arrested one person and identified the two women involved, though they have not yet been apprehended.
Threats Preceded Violent Attack
According to the complaint, the victim had been receiving threats for several days via the social network TikTok from various individuals connected to the assailants’ circle. These messages accused her of sleeping with one of their husbands, an accusation the young woman vehemently denies.
Kidnapping and Brutal Assault in Moratalaz
On the day of the incident, two women accosted the victim in Vallecas and kidnapped her, forcing her into the trunk of a vehicle. From there, they transported her to an apartment in the El Ruedo area of Moratalaz, where a violent assault began. In the residence, the young woman was stripped and repeatedly beaten, receiving punches and kicks to her ribs and head. She was also slammed against a door while being verbally abused and accused of the alleged infidelity.
Victim Escapes and Seeks Help
Following the severe beating, the assailants removed the victim from the apartment in her underwear, covered only by a robe, and led her back towards the car. It was at this moment that the young woman managed to escape by running away. A man who was in the area came to her aid, causing the two women to flee the scene.
The victim was subsequently taken to her home in Villa de Vallecas and, due to the injuries sustained, received medical attention at a health center. The following day, she filed a complaint at a police station, where she reiterated that she had not had any kind of relationship with the husband of one of the assailants.
One Arrested, Assailants Identified
The police investigation has led to the arrest of a man belonging to the assailants’ family clan, while the two women have been fully identified. The images of the assault, which are part of the investigation, are harrowing, showing the extreme violence inflicted upon the young woman while she was repeatedly insulted and beaten. The case remains under investigation, and further arrests are not ruled out.
