Eligibility Requirements for Applicants:

To be eligible for the Madrid Impacta Awards 2026, companies must meet the following criteria:

  • Be classified as an SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise).
  • Be legally constituted as a natural or legal person in one of the accepted forms.
  • Have commenced business activity on or after January 1, 2019, and have generated invoicing, or present a new line of business started after that date that has already invoiced before the call.
  • Possess an original, creative, innovative, and disruptive entrepreneurial project, with or without a technological base, that generates a positive and measurable impact, and have a methodology to evaluate said impact.
  • Have a product or service tested in the market.
  • Be up-to-date with tax and social security obligations.
